Bottle Washing Plant

PET bottles to be recycled are normally received by the processing units in the form of bales to reduce the transport volume and cost. Since the PET bottles are compressed in hydraulic presses while making bales, unbaleing manually is very difficult and consumes lot of labour. Labour dependency also affect the uniform flow of material in to the process. To overcome this problem, bale breaker is installed at the beginning of the recycling unit.

About Our Legacy

The company was established in the year 2006 to manufacture Equipments and Plants for recycling Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) which was found everywhere in the form of undegradable waste. Recycling of PET finds many usage from household to industrial requirement all over the world.

PET recycling was growing from its infancy during early 21st century in India.

Many PET recycling plants were coming up in India since 2000 and the equipments were imported from European countries or China. Main aim of IDEAL EQUIPMENTS Co is to design and manufacture the above Equipments in India and support the industries already operating in India and new industries may come up in the near future.
